Information Collected
LowestRateQuotes.com collects only the information we’ve determined is necessary to perform car insurance services on behalf of clients under their direction and consent. Said services include processing and servicing car insurance policies, settling claims, and presenting additional products and services that we believe may be of interest to our clients.
Method of Collection
Information is provided expressly by our customers as they fill out forms online or by mail, or as they speak to our customer service agents by phone. Additional information is gathered transactions and communications with our clients and through services we perform on a client’s behalf. More information is received through third parties over the course of a transaction a client has authorized.

This information is used by LowestRateQuotes.com to better our site and enhance its performance for the benefit of our customers. We cannot vouch for the handling of any information at these sites, and we would urge any customer concerned about information privacy to refer to the privacy policies provided by these third party sites.
Automatic Opt Out
It is common practice for Internet sites to share personal information, even nonpublic information, with third party businesses. You will need to state the information you’re inquiring about and provide some form of verification of your identity.
Information will be corrected as quickly as possible, but not all information is not immediately accessible. In no case will verification that your information has been received and corrected take longer than 30 days..
